The Developing Course of China Aviation Industry Shanghai Measuring & Controlling Technique Institute
In Nov. 1962, Aviation Scientific
& Researching Process Factory was composed of 5 state-owned and private
small factories, which name is Shanghai Five Joint Factory of the Chinese
People’s Liberation Army 921. It is directly leaded by the Aviation academy
of DOD. The factory was mainly engaged in the trial-manufacture and processing
of aero non-standard testing equipments, provided the testing components,
blowy model, wind tunnel balancing, missile components and test-bed for
national defense scientific & researching departments.
After the name of factory had changed to 573 factory
in Aug. 1966, it has gradually taken part in the development and manufacture
of facilities related to the aero testing instruments of the scientific
& researching departments. Among the thousands of aero testing instruments
and facilities completed, there are many aero products such as Aircraft
Collimator, Aviation Infrared Visualizer, Thunderbolt Missile Guidance,
Carrier Amplifier and all kinds of Wind Tunnel Balancing used to test
wind tunnel.
The factory was changed from manufacture to the
integration of science & researching, manufacture and management and
developed civil products and military & civil general products in
the 1980’s. In Sep. 1984, the name of factory was changed as Shanghai
Aviation Products Testing Technique Institute, its second name was Shanghai
Yangtze River Scientific Instrument Factory and its designator was 633
Institute in Aviation Industrial Department. Henceforth, the scientific
& researching work has made the new progress and some equipments failure
diagnosis instruments like Vibration Measuring Instrument and Shock Pulsimeter;
new division- managed projects such as Laser Goniometer, Laser Two-dimensional
Wind Tunnel Flowfield Analysis System, Multicenter High-speed Dynamic
Signal Data Acquisition System, 6210FFT Analyzer and Aero-engine Vibration
Monitoring & Analyzing System were manufactured successfully one after
the other. The institute has also taken part in the important scientific
& researching projects through taking advantage of aviation measuring
& controlling techniques, they are Shanghai Industrial Robot Ⅱ, CT-M9
Multi-amplitude Camera, Real-time Vibration Monitor for the transportation
of nuclear fuel in Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant, Computer Management &
Monitoring System of coaling quay in Zhujiameng , Shanghai, Computer Real-time
Control System of Tiqiao launchingpiston in Shanghai Broadcast Television
Department, and so on.
Now, there are more than 500 employees in our institute,
which included 300 engineering technical personnel, and has almost a thousand
square meters areas. Besides, we also have a scientific & researching
building which has 14.2 thousands square meters constructed areas and
18-floors height. During the 40 years’ hard working, the manufacture of
aviation measuring & controlling technical products in our institute
have been changed from trial-manufacture and process to united develop
and manufacture, and began to self-develop and self-manufacture. The researching
and development direction in our institute has been formed in the aspect
of Vibration Measuring, Dynamic Analysis, Random Vibration Control, Equipment
Failure Diagnosis, On-line Monitoring and Laser Application. In the aspect
of aviation and national economy service, our institute can provide all
kinds of measuring & controlling system which can be regarded as center.
Our institute has made 6 national scientific and technological achievements,
29 departmental harvest achievements and 30 harvest achievements in the
city.
