China Aviation Industry Shanghai Measurement-Controlling
Technique Institute (633) (also called Shanghai Aviation Measurment-Controlling Technique Institute) is mainly engaged in the aeronautical
measurment-controlling technical researching about the integration
of light, electromechanization, computer technology and manufacture of
aviation airborne facilities, detecting system, which is built in 1962.
In the high-tech field of laser technology, flash ranging technology,
wind tunnel balancing and model, vibration measuring technology, dynamic
signal processing and model analysis technology, on-line state monitoring,
equipments failure diagnosis technology, sensor technology, precision
instruments measuring, computer on-line control and modern management
system, our institute has developed the technical research as well as
manufacture and management of the products. Our institute is new- and
high-tech enterprise in shanghai.
The headquarter of our institute is located in the No.
55, Jinyu Road, which is in the south-west of Hongqiao economic developing area,
the other two branches are in the No. 179, Pingliang Road Yangpu District
and No. 45, North Caoxi Road, the commercial center in Xuhui aera respectively.
Insisting on the quality policy of “technological
innovation, pursuing the top, updating continuously, user friendly”, our
institute has been passed the authentication by the China’s Epoch Quality
System Authentication Center according to the quality system built by
the ISO9001 Standard, and enabled management of science and technology
and enterprise archives to the national second-class.。
Technical skills: Our institute has almost 500
in-service staff, which includes more than 300 all manner of specialized
technical personnel. During more than 40 years, the institute has taken
on the precision works of critical components in the important tasks for
aviation scientific research and manufacture, taken up a lot of important
manufacturing tasks such as Aero-engine Special Sensors, Wind Tunnel Balancing
& Model, Health & Usage Monitoring Systems, Helicopter Vibration
System Failure Diagnosis, Aviation Electromechanical Devices Public Administration
System, provided more than 2,400 non-standard measuring instruments and
41,600 matched set about non-standard measuring instruments, achieved
more than 70 scientific payoffs in the some aviation advanced research
of Aero-engine Test-bed Universal Test System, High Temperature Vibration
Sensor, Short Scan Thermal Infrared Imager, Speed Tracking Vibration Measuring
System, Turbine Components High Temperature Oxidation Coating Researching
and other manufacturing about Industrial Robot, General CT, Computer Monitoring
& Management System in quay and broad-casting station, which has more
than 50 products made the achievements of “the advance of science and
technology” and “excellent products” in the county, department and city.
